After spending an afternoon in Tofino, on Vancouver Island’s west coast, it was time to header back to the east coast where are hotel was located. Of course the scenery from the highway was second to none. A lovely drive it was, lovely but a very curvaceous highway full of ups and downs, lefts and rights. We didn’t quite make it back before sundown, luckily apple car play works well. I’m not a big fan of night driving and try and travel during day hours as much as possible. Thanks for stopping by.

I also don't like night travel because you can't see really properly the road, I like to have full control everywhere... That trees are really cool, pretty tall and big
I'm with you on that. Full control!
The winding and challenging road is well worth the super beautiful scenery. Calm and peaceful
Yes indeed, would do it again in a heartbeat.
Incredible views of the oceanside, the weather looks amazing too :)
We couldn't have asked for a better day weatherwise!
So beautiful and peaceful
Thanks, it was a fantastic trip!
Beautiful scenery! I prefer the day time drives myself, staying awake at night is tougher than it used to be in those curvy, up & down roads. Glad the Apple car play kept you awake!
Thank you and you as well.
