Believe it or not, we are still on day two of our Vancouver Island vacation/excursion. (and yes, I took a S&*^ ton of photos!) Just after Cathedral grove, we stumbled upon an easy hike to Little Qualicum upper and lower falls. Located in Little Qualicum Falls provincial park. This fit into our afternoon perfectly, as we had about two hours to fill. The colour of the water was really quite pristine and beautiful to observe. Qualicum Falls originates from the Qualicum river, which in turn originates from Cameron lake. Thanks for stopping by.

Is this place far from your home? are you camping? Surely it is a beautiful and enjoyable place. The beautiful and rushing water flow looks really wonderful.
Somewhat far, we did fly in from the mainland. Hotels all the way, I seldom camp, although I should do it more.
Hi, your photo of the area "between Upper and Lower Qualicum Falls" truly captures a beautiful and adrenaline-filled natural moment. If I were there, I'd definitely hear the sound of the waterfall,
the wet rock cliff would be slippery to walk on, and the soft lighting blends perfectly into the shot. Great style from every angle...

The colors of that river are simply great! They are like natural colored pools, it really tempt for a bath even though it's dangerous
The colours do make it tempting to jump in, but for me being the photographer, I'd rather keep dry lol.
