This is It

All good things must come to an end. This is it. The last part of the Ptarmigan cirque hike! It was a blast, plenty of great photos ops, and even a minor mishap where I fell, or lost my balance is more accurate. Nothing major, just a bump on the lens hood, and a little scrape on the hand. A small price to pay for such a great experience. Overall, the hike was actually not that long, it took me approximately two or so to complete. Keeping in mind that I stopped frequently to take photos, a lot of photos that is. Between the smartphone and the dslr, probably took over one hundred pictures. Of course not every photo is useable, I take the shotgun approach, take a lot and hope to have some hit the target.

It was 'a worth the while' experience and now that this one is ended, I'm wondering where next our hiker will take us to.
Many awesome pictures of the Larch trees and snow coloured mountains I agree, and right now I'm thinking of Christmas. Thanks for sharing.

That is pretty much the end of the hikes for a few posts. I have some by the road shots to share starting tomorrow. Thanks.

What a beautiful hike! Those yellow larch trees are really pretty. Glad to hear your fall wasn't a serious one! Can't wait to see your next adventure!

We will be heading back, in a sense, to Lake Louise. Have a ton of new photos to share. Thanks.

Whoa, another great photo. Hiking in there is surely a great one as you share those great shot to us └|∵|┐♪

Great, a good way to describe it. Thanks.

I totally agree that all good and bad things eventually come to an end. Great shots once again 😊

So it means you have make century of photos among these hikes. Do you also have plan to visit the mountain that is in the first one photo. ? Woods of these trees are straight,so is there any proper mechanism to use them or to care them.

Yes, there is another hike near that mountain which I plan on tackling next Summer! Thanks @sahilkhan5.

That's so sad it's the end of Ptarmigan cirque hike loved the shots and the colors of fall! Next thing you know we are going to be in for some DEEP snow.

Probably a couple feet o snow there already now!

Every shot from the Ptatmigan Cirque hike was fantastic. The photos are cool and enjoyable. Looking for another natural location for your pphotograph 🤠

I really hope to see a view as beautiful as this, trees that have two colors green and yellow, this time I am interested in the third photo in bnw form, especially like a painting

Hey thanks @vikar, glad you liked it.

Awesome finish to an amazing journey and amazing photo's. I take about 1,000 plus shot's when I got out birding and yeah, over half is trash. Haha.

Yeah, it is what it is. Thanks @shoemanchu.

for the scenery you take, I prefered you use colored, we need to appreciate the color combination of the trees..love it..🤗Greetings

Usually colour is my preference, but not always. Thanks.
