Hola amigos y amantes de la fotografía, en esta ocasión les compartiré una sesión fotografica que realicé el pasado Halloween, particularmente es una fecha que disfruto mucho y la cual festejo, para esta oportunidad le comenté a mi amiga Dioselyn para incluirla como modelo ya que cumplía con las caracteristicas que quería para las mismas y la cual titulé "Flores sangrientas".
Hello friends and lovers of photography, this time I will share with you a photo session that I did last Halloween, particularly it is a date that I enjoy a lot and which I celebrate, for this opportunity I told my friend Dioselyn to include her as a model since she fulfilled with the characteristics that I wanted for them and which I titled "Bloody Flowers".
El proceso fue divertido y bastante rápido, mi modelo decidió maquillarse ella misma con mis especificaciones que eran: "Piel blanca de tono palido", incluso le pedí borrarse las cejas con pintura blanca y así lo hizo. La tématica incluia una corona de rosas rojas en su cabeza inspiradas en la corona de espinas de jesucristo y de ella brotaria sangre (pintura roja) que caeria por su rostro.
Para la realización de la corona de rosas, compré un ramo de rosas viejas y con hilo las cocí a una base de alambre que ya tenía para que así se sostuvieran y no se cayeran, para la pintura utilicé maicena y pega blanca con colorante comestible y combiné el color rojo con negro para obtener ese tono rojo oscuro particular de la sangre, el unico inconveniente de esta simulación de sangre es que debido a la maicena secaba muy rápido así que contaba con poco tiempo entre la aplicación y la fotografía.
The process was fun and pretty quick, my model decided to do her makeup to my specifications which was: "Pale white skin tone", I even asked her to erase her eyebrows with white paint and she did. The theme included a crown of red roses on his head inspired by the crown of thorns of Jesus Christ and blood would flow from it (red paint) that would fall down his face.
For the crown of roses, I bought a bouquet of old roses and with thread I sewed them to a wire base that I already had so that they would hold up and not fall, for the painting I used cornstarch and white glue with food coloring and I combined the color red with black to get that particular dark red tone of the blood, the only drawback of this blood simulation is that due to the cornstarch it dried very quickly so I had little time between application and photography.
Una vez que ya estaba lista toda la utilería y el maquillaje comenzamos con las fotos, usamos como fondo tela color negro, las luces que decidimos usar fueron de luz opaca ya que nuestra intension era un ambiente oscuro. El objetivo que tenía era lograr la perfecta combinación entre la belleza de la modelo y el terror de halloween que al final se logró.
Once all the props and makeup were ready, we started with the photos, we used black cloth as a background, the lights we decided to use were opaque light since our intention was a dark environment. His goal was to achieve the perfect combination between the beauty of the model and the terror of Halloween, which was finally achieved.
El resultado quedó maravilloso como pueden verlo, utilicé photoshop 2021 para editar sus ojos de color blanco para dar una ilusión más terrorifica. La modelo hizó muy bien su trabajo usando expresiones corporales dramatucas que iban con la tematica de las fotos.
The result was wonderful as you can see, I used photoshop 2021 to edit his white eyes to give a more terrifying illusion. The model did her job very well using dramatic body expressions that went with the theme of the photos.
