Corner Store Fun
What happens when you take your best exclusive model and gain exclusive private access to a convenient store? You get magic!

We had the location set up well in advanced and all I needed was my camera and model.. oh plus a bag of chips and a drink to really bring home the effect!

Fun Fact: Most photographers say you should keep your Iso as low as possible... however, if you notice my setting specs.. mine is rather high and little noise (no I did not use denoise in LR)..

I thought this was a cool concept to do. I haven't seen it done locally and those that have attempted to do it, got law enforcement called on them or kicked out of the store.

I had also attempted to tell a story in these photos. Late night munchies of the hip-hop girl crowd.

The only time I used my speedlite as well was outside. We had to wait until around 11:15 pm to gain access because they let us in after the store closed so we had full access that was not interrupted by customers.

#WHICH ONE IS YOUR FAVORITE?
The first one is my favorite, it can be on the cover of a magazine.
Thanks!! I do plan on submitting these for editorial publishing
I have always found this type of photography in stores to be very striking and when you have so much freedom, excellent work like these photos are born!
Thank you! Yes most stores will kick you out but we had the owner on board so it was perfect!
A beautiful model and interesting shooting interiors.
The model is my secret weapon in my town of competitive models and photographers lol
