I got to visit one of my favorite places on earth.
My parents used to take us to visit Zion. We always loved the red dirt and the rock shops. I don’t know about you but a bad a polished rocks as a kid was as good as any toy.
As I got older we got to hike the narrows and hikes like angels landing.
It just felt right to take my kids there. They were too young last time to remember.
Since it was spring break in most of Utah we knew it was going to be very busy. So we decided to go to a little lesser know part of the park. The kolob canyons. It’s a different entrance and everything. The views are hikes are still amazing.
Take a look!

The weather was a little cold and we had about 10 minutes of snow flakes followed by a little rain. That cleared up and we just had to keep our jackets on.
Got home tonight.
Party is over.
Back to work tomorrow….

Wow, what a beautiful place, thank you for sharing this beauty.
Wow, Kolob Canyons is such a cool spot. The red rocks with a little snow on them must’ve looked awesome seeing in person man. Your kids are lucky to see that place, perhaps one day I will too
I love Zion's! Such an amazing place! Back in college I had a girlfriend who worked summer's there, I spent almost all my weekends down there. What great memories! Thanks for the great post!
