RE: Back To Crafts Again

I'll tell you a secret ๐Ÿ˜‰
There was a girl from Bulgaria I think, back on the legacy chain, who was making shoes. I remember she posted about a pair of red shoes, I loved them. Unfortunately she quit. Now we have one or two Nigerian shoemakers.

Next time I'm going to post photos of a blacksmith.

The eggs are fragile but I'll tell you another secret. There are crafters selling wooden eggs, just like these ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜†. I bought a few for my Easter table and look amazing ๐Ÿ˜… Those will never break.

I can imagine through out the globe there are still some making shoes by hand. Here in the States a lot of the Amish make things by hand just don't know if they do shoes as well.

I look forward to reading about blacksmithing. There trade is so useful. My father went to one often when I was a kid.

Id totally buy some wooden eggs are they expensive like the egg shell ones?

No, the wooden eggs are cheaper. I think I bought them at 1.5โ‚ฌ or something.

I think there are shoemakers here but people prefer these ready made ones. It's better to try on your shoes right away, then wait for something that you won't like in the end.
