Hola amigos de Hive! Hoy les quiero mostrar un poco sobre cómo fui la modelo y también realicé la producción para esta sesión de fotos de mi tienda de pelucas.

Estoy con esto de mejorar el aspecto de mi tienda y por eso las producciones son un poco más elaboradas.

La idea principal era que la sesión de fotos girará en torno a una cita romántica, así que me dediqué a hacer varias cosas con anticipación.

Hi friends of Hive! Today I want to show you a bit about how I was the model and also did the production for this photoshoot for my wig store.

I'm working on improving the look of my store, so the productions are a bit more elaborate now.

The main idea was for the photoshoot to revolve around a romantic date, so I dedicated myself to making various things in advance.

PREPARACION DE SET

Lo primero que hice fueron las velas, los arándanos rosados y los helados, con cera rosa que tenía en la casa.

Lo siguiente fue buscar por la casa objetos que me pudieran servir y así encontré los portavelas y la base que elevaría el plato de los postres. Las cerezas ya las había pedido por internet y se veían súper reales. El vino se me ocurrió de último momento y no tenía en casa, pero combiné colorante rosa con colorante negro para conseguir un color parecido al vino. Tampoco tenía mantel blanco, pero la sábana de la cama que puse lo disimuló muy bien. Los bolsitos que están sobre los platos son un detalle que sabía que quería porque son donde siempre entrego las pelucas. El fondo lo quería neutral para lograr un toque más de estudio.

SET PREPARATION

The first thing I made were the candles, pink blueberries, and ice cream, using pink wax I had at home.

Next, I went through the house looking for anything that could be useful and found the candle holders and the base that would elevate the dessert plate. The cherries I had already ordered online and they looked super realistic. The wine came to mind at the last minute and I didn't have any at home, but I combined pink and black food coloring to achieve a similar color. I also didn't have a white tablecloth, but the bedsheet I used disguised it very well. The small bags on top of the plates are a detail I knew I wanted because they're where I always deliver the wigs. I wanted the background to be neutral to achieve a more studio feel.

ESTILISMO

Normalmente soy la modelo de mi tienda porque nos facilita todo mucho más y tratamos de tapar un poco la cara para que la peluca resalte aún más. Igualmente me maquillo y este maquillaje fue un ahumado suave y sencillo. El vestido lo quería blanco para que la peluca resaltará aún más. Escogí una peluca roja porque el color me encantaba y sentía que iba muy bien con la temática.

STYLING

I'm usually the model for my store because it makes everything much easier for us, and we try to cover my face a bit to make the wig stand out even more. However, I still do my makeup, and this time it was a soft and simple smokey eye. I wanted the dress to be white so the wig would stand out even more. I chose a red wig because I loved the color and felt it went very well with the theme.

Este es el antes y después ya arreglada para la sesión. Me encanta cómo se me ve esta peluca, me sentía súper poderosa.

This is the before and after, already done up for the session. I love how this wig looks on me, I felt super empowered.

Por último, los dejo con el resultado de esta sesión de fotos de San Valentín. Las fotos, como casi siempre, las hicimos en casa con mi novio, que es fotógrafo. Siempre me encanta hacer estas producciones porque sacan mi lado más creativo, aunque a veces quedo un poco drenada por el cansancio. El resultado siempre es increíble.

Finally, I leave you with the result of this Valentine's Day photoshoot. The photos, like always, were taken at home with my boyfriend, who is a photographer. I always love doing these productions because they bring out my creative side, even though I sometimes end up a little drained from the tiredness. The result is always amazing.
