Greetings to all, already assuming the weekly challenge of the Wednesday walks, I would like to share an unusual one in my daily life, since I usually go swimming in the mornings, then to the office and occasionally I visit places near the city for work or fun. But on this occasion and taking advantage of the privilege of living in a city that is less than 40 minutes from the sea, we took a family walk along the pier of La Guaira. This place is called the coastal strip of La Guaira and although it is better to do the walk at dusk or at night, we still enjoyed the sea air and its beauty.
Saludos a todos, ya asumiendo el reto semanal de las caminatas de los miércoles, me gustaría compartir una poco usual en mi cotidianidad, ya que suelo ir a nadar en las mañanas, luego a la oficina y de vez en cuando visito lugares cerca de la ciudad por motivos de trabajo o de diversión. Pero en esta ocasión y aprovechando el privilegio de vivir en una ciudad que está a menos de 40 minutos del mar, hicimos un paseo familiar por el muelle de La Guayra. Este lugar es llamado la cinta costera de la Guayra y aunque es mejor hacer la caminata al atardecer o en la noche igualmente disfrutamos el aire del mar y su belleza.
Part of my uncles were born in this city on my mother's side, so we decided to walk around and take the opportunity to remember and pay homage to my grandmother who passed away. It was a nice family walk.
En esta ciudad nacieron parte de mis tíos por parte de mi madre, por eso decidimos caminar por ahí y aprovechar para recordar y homenajear a mi abuela ya fallecida. Fue un lindo paseo familiar.

A pesar del hermoso azul del mar, decidí trabajar con escala de grises, para expresar más allá de lo colorido, la calidad y belleza del paisaje.
At the beginning of this walk is a staute of Francisco de Miranda, for those who do not know him, he is a very important hero not only for Venezuela, he is known as the precursor of independence and creator of our tricolor flag. In this square are the original cannons of the colonial era.
Al comienzo de este paseo está una estauta de Francisco de Miranda, para quien no lo conoce, es un prócer muy importante no sólo para Venezuela, es conocido como el precursor de la independencia y creador de nuestra bandera tricolor. En esta plaza están los cañones originales de la época colonial.
At one point of this walk and very close to a baseball stadium is this great attraction El Ojo de La Guayra, in a next opportunity I hope to ride it, the view must be great.
En un punto de esta caminería y muy cerca de un estadio de beisbol está esta gran atracción El Ojo de La Guayra, en una próxima oportunidad espero montarme, la vista debe ser genial.
