When night falls, the environment changes, the colors transform, and the photos you can take become mysterious. A photo of a green mountain taken during the day while the sun's rays illuminate it, will give us a majestic and colorful photo, at night, that same mountain will turn dark and mysterious.

No es fácil hacer fotos nocturnas y menos si son de la naturaleza. Las cámaras, ya sean profesionales, analógicas, digitales o las de los celulares, en su mayoría tienen funciones especiales para hacer fotos nocturnas. Aprender a usar la función nocturna es una tarea de paciencia, curiosidad y sobretodo mucha práctica.
It's not easy to take night photos and less if they are of nature. No matter if your camera is a professional, analog, digital or cell phone one, mostly have special functions to take night photos. Learning to use the night function is a task of patience, curiosity and above all a lot of practice.
Me encanta tomarle fotos al cielo, sobretodo al atardecer y también suelo hacerlo cuando hay luna llena y veo algún panorama interesante en el cielo, aunque empecé a hacerlo hace tiempo con mi celular viejo y con una cámara normal, desde que compré mi teléfono inteligente he estado practicando con la función nocturna, las fotos no siempre salen bien, hay que ir probando con las tomas, la ubicación y he comprobado que hasta la iluminación que hay alrededor (luces de edificios, postes de luz) pueden influir en la calidad de la imagen que se logre. La clave es la práctica porque como bien dice el dicho, la práctica hace al maestro.
I love taking photos of the sky, especially at sunset and I also usually do it when there is a full moon and I see some interesting panorama in the sky, although I started doing it a long time ago with my old cell phone and with a normal camera, since I bought my smartphone I have been practicing with the night function, the photos don't always turn out well, you have to experiment with the shots, the location and I have verified that even the lighting around (building lights, lamp posts) can influence the quality of the image that it's achieved. The key is practice because as they say, practice makes a master.
Cuando tomé estas fotos el cielo estaba bastante iluminado y estrellado y había unas nubes que destacaban con la luz de la luna creciente, me gustó mucho y la verdad es que salieron muy nítidas.
When I took these photos the sky was quite bright and starry and there were some clouds that stood out with the light of the crescent moon, I liked it a lot and the truth is that they came out very sharp.

Yeah, taking photos of lightnings is very difficult even for experienced photographers with great equipment, let alone us amateurs with just phones :D But as I mentioned in that post, there was this strange period after the storm when the lightnings were striking all the time, like every second or two there was one. That´s why even my old phone was able to capture some, although in horrible quality... Good luck with your attempts on this unusual photography discipline! :)
Well, it's raining a lot here now but no many lightnings to see, I'll try to see what happens hahaha, maybe good luck will be with me 😸
