Of course not. I mean, if you have a bar or something to sell drinks, it's easier; there are almost no restrictions. But, if you produce/brew your beer then you have additional rules, because you're a producer, you fall under all the laws that regulate food production, so you have to have some kind of kitchen or space where you do it, this space is taxed extra, you have a food inspection at your door and a hygiene inspection at least once a month, and so on....

Oh, I see. It's more or less the same here, then. Breweries are obviously under control way more than drinking bars, and that makes perfect sense. Foodpoisoning ain't no fun :))

I am sure there are fewer restrictions at your place, as you have many more breweries.
