Hey, good to hear that you like my photos! Generally I dont consider myself as a professional photographer but I have done it for quite a long time now.
As for Hive specifically. I have been here for a long time too, soon 5 years and been pretty consistent with posting. You just have to make quality and interesting posts and original content, consistency is the key. Sooner or later people will notice and whales and curation trails too.
You cant expect every post to reach $80. Sometimes just one takes off lol.
I usually use photography lover community for photography here on Hive and also other communities because besides photography I post about other topics too.

i think one could consider as proffesional photographer when one make a living from it, wich is what i want to reach, from sessions to blogging, stocks, everything related to photography.
i did a couple of courses and learned a lot about it but when i came back to hive and saw all the great photos people post here i realized i'm still a really really novice jajaja people are too good in here
Takes time to reach your goals, keep at it and dont stop. I hope you achieve what you want!
