These photos were taken back in October, last year when I walked in Keila Joa to catch some nice autumn colors. My walk ended up at a Keila Joa Beach where I stumbled on a great sunset so I decided to walk a bit more on the sandy shore and take some photos. I will leave the autumn colors for another post. This is a sunset and a beach one.
It was a windy day so the sea was very restless that time but it has been a while since I got any photos of rough waters. The sunset was also pretty gorgeous to look at.
There is a dock that reaches out to the sea. I thought that it would be cool to go and walk on it.
I got the following shots taken on the dock but the waves were high and crashing into the dock. Frequently a lot of water blew over it with the wind. One wave hit the dock with such force and drenched me 😀. My jacket was waterproof but one of my feet got drenched. The camera was also wet but this is moisture resistant as well.
The water looks brown but it's not dirty. It's most likely seaweed or sand that is blowing up from the bottom due to big waves.
Those first three shots look so dramatic. It's like the sun wanted to show the clouds that it's stronger than them and can shine right through them 😁
Sunshine was much stronger than clouds on original photos. A bit of editing was involved to make photos cooler 😅
This is really a beautiful view to admire of I must truly confess
