Església de la Mare de Déu de la Consolació. Oh there is another spot in hidden in the green.
If you follow this channel already you must have seen that I went to Barcelona where I met up with Xiao Yang. While visiting the second location Torre del Comte de Fígols which is located about an hour and a half outside of Barcelona, there was a little tine chappel super hidden in the bushes that we also found. And, yes at least one Light Painting is what we wanted.
Here you fill see how that last Light Painting of the night came about at the Església de la Mare de Déu de la Consolació.

Als wir beim zweiten Spot Torre del Comte de Fígols waren, so 1,5h außerhalb von Barcelona, gab es noch eine kleine Kapelle versteckt in den Büschen, die wir aber dann fanden. Und ja, mindestens ein Light Painting war, was wir wollten.

Chapel Guard
The featured/first image showd actually me as the model. When we walked we checked the place and took a few simplistic light paintings that you all see below. The main shot here is a joint effort.
Das erst Bild zeigt tatsächlich mich als Model. Als rein gekommen sind, checkten wir erstmal was alles so geht und ich habe einige einfache Light Paintings gemacht. Das erste Bild ist eine eine gemeinsame Arbeit.
What were the settings?
What you see is a featured Light Painting is a single 89-second loooooong exposure time photograph. The camera was always set to ISO 100 and the Laowa 12mm Zero D F2.8 Lens to F8.
Was Ihr als Cover Light Painting seht ist eine einzige Aufnahme mit 307 Sekunden Belichtungszeit. Die Kamera war auf ISO 100 und das Laowa 12mm Zero D F2.8 Objektiv auf F8.
Finding the place was a challenge
Like I mentioned before it was super easy to get to the first place since it had no fences and no difficulties to get there. After all the shots in the Torre del Comte de Fígols we thought of checking out the little chapel we found on the map and seeing pictures on the web. So it could be something cool. Finding it we actually a bit of a challenge and gamble.
We just walked through some very dense bushes and had no clue if there was a chapel underneath and behind these walls we found. Checking all the entrances and openings then was successful in the end. YES, cool spot not very large easy to light up.
Wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, war es super einfach, zum ersten Spot zu gelangen, da es keine Zäune und so keine Schwierigkeiten gab, dorthin zu gelangen. Nach all den Aufnahmen im Torre del Comte de Fígols dachten wir dann, uns die kleine Kapelle auch anzusehen. Wir hatten die Google Maps, und paar Bilder im Internet gesehen. Es könnte ganz cool werden. Es zu finden, stellte sich als eine kleine Herausforderung und ein Glücksspiel heraus. Wir sind dann durch die dichten Sträucher und Büsche, hatten aber keine Ahnung, was sich unter und hinter diesen Mauern eine Kapelle befand. Aber dann irgendwo rein und wir standen in der Kapelle.
We both set our cameras up on "stage" where I guess we would normally find the place for the pastor or to pray. You see there was nothing left of what probably was once a beautiful place of worship.
Wir stellten beide unsere Kameras am Ende der Kapelle auf, wo wir vermutlich normalerweise den Platz für den Pastor und zum Beten finden würden. Ihr seht, von dem, was einst ein schönes Gotteshaus war, ist nichts mehr übrig.
As soon as I had my camera up I was running around to check already for what settings would work for us. This is how I got a few simplistic shots of the chapel. Just lighting it looked already pretty cool.
Sobald ich meine Kamera da stand, rannte ich schon mal mit na Lampe rum, um zu checken, welche Einstellungen für uns funktionieren würden. So gabs gleich ein paar einfache Aufnahmen der Kapelle. Das sah schon ziemlich cool aus.
At the end we were super glad we found the chapel and went for one last round of Light Painting.
I do think it would deserve some more attention but I must admit we were also ready to go home. We felt the up and down walking in our bones.

Am Ende waren wir super froh, dass wir die Kapelle gefunden hatten und noch eine letzte Runde Light Painting drehten. Ich denke, sie verdient etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit, aber ich muss zugeben, wir waren schon echt ziemlich KO.
Na dann los ab zurück nach Barcelona.

You can easy get there with the car but then Lots of up and down with stairs through bushes. The locations scream Sveeeeen
