Looking at the results I must say, She does look like an Empress with all the power in the universe united in her mind and hands.

Single-exposure Light Paintings with no Photoshop Effects
What you see here are photographs taken just like this. There are no added features or so through techniques in Photoshop. All you see happend in front of the camera just like you see it.
FYI that accounts for all of my photos here.

Was Ihr hier seht, sind Fotos, die genau so aufgenommen wurden. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Effekte aus Photoshop. Alles, was Ihr hier seht, geschah genau so vor der Kamera.

The first shot with the red ring 68 Second Long Exposure at F32 ISO 100. The (portrait) second Light Painting is a 34 Second Longexpsoure at F32, ISO 100. The no comment, and the last photo is then 46 seconds long at F32. For this series, I used the Canon 70-200mm F2.8 Lens.
At first, I was putting light on Kessy while she moved into multiple different positions. I would ask her to move the hand in front of her face and to the side. After that part was completed I was behind her using the black fiber brush to create the circle with the red flashlight.
Die erste Aufnahme mit dem red Ring 69-Sekunden-Langzeitbelichtung bei F32 ISO 100. Das zweite Light Painting ist eine 31-Sekunden-Langzeitbelichtung bei F32, ISO 100. Das letzte Foto ist dann 56 Sekunden lang bei F32. Benutzt hatte ich ein 70-200mm Canon F2.8 Objektiv genutzt.
Zuerst habe ich Kessy mit mehreren wechselnden Positionen beleuchtet. Ich bat sie, die Hand vor ihr Gesicht und dann zur Seite zu bewegen. Nachdem dieser Teil abgeschlossen war, versteckte ich mich Ihr und benutzte den schwarzen Faserpinsel, um den Kreis mit der roten Taschenlampe zu malen.
As always there are test runs that do not really count as test runs. What do I mean by that? Well, when building up a Light Painting image I use multiple steps to establish the composition. Each of the images should work by itself so when I come home and look at them on the PC I can still hope for some images to work without the others. often some surprises occur when the so-called end-result is not the best image, but what happened several images before.
So Images two and three are simply portraits that support the buildup of the first image but should work by itself as well.
Wie immer gibt es Testläufe, die nicht wirklich als Testläufe zählen. Was meine ich damit? Nun, beim Aufbau eines Light Painting-Bildes ergeben sich mehrere Schritte, um die Komposition aufzubauen. Jedes der Bilder sollte dennoch aus sich heraus funktionieren. Wenn ich also nach Hause komme und sie auf dem PC anschaue, kann ich immer noch hoffen, dass einige Bilder ohne die anderen funktionieren. Oft gibt es so die eine oder andere Überraschungen, wenn das sogenannte Endergebnis nicht das beste Bild ist, sondern das, was mehrere Bilder vorher passiert ist. Bild zwei und drei sind also einfach Porträts, die Teil des Aufbaus des ersten Bildes waren, aber auch für sich alleine funktionieren können.
