Thanks to @derangedvisions for organizing this show, it has given me the strength to show off my amateur photography skills & my love for Continental dishes.
I agree with whoever invented the word "Food is the way to a man's heart". That's quite 100% true. I would also argue that Food is the only true friend a man has.
I have traveled to some parts of Nigeria where I come from, I have tasted quite a lot of food and I found most of the recipes used are mostly from the grass class of food i.e cereals. We consume lots of cereals in Nigeria, that's why we are stronger than the rest.
Lately, I decided to pay a friend of mine a visit in the North Central part of the country and I decided to taste something different from the norm. It took a while for us to decide what to eat. With time, she decided to try this new snack i have always wanted to eat out.
She called it Bread Bombs, ooops! Weird name. We spent almost #3k (3 thousand naira Nigerian currency) to get the ingredients and stuffs together. It took her 30 minutes to mash everything up and lastly was the baking process. Fortunately, there was stable electricity so there was nothing to worry about.
Trust me the snack was yummy and it does go down well with a glass of whole milk.
I know you're salivating already.
Well, I had a nice outing that evening to relax the body.
I took a few can drinks, spent an hour swimming and that was an experience I will not forget in years to come.
