Can but imagine someone who goes out regularly having to 'behave'.
Ohh yeah it was hard but after the second surgery I relaised this was serious andI am not as young as I used to be
Any surgery of late knocks the socks off of us, take it easy, enjoy slow quality walks finding fitness once again.
