Yahoo!Yes! Finally, after three months of waiting. The MFI said YES.
No more waiting guys. Everybody in our company is very grateful and blessed that we have a newly awarded project under TECHNO STRESS CONCRETE STEEL CORP.
The owner of this project is MABUHAY FILCEMENT, INC. a sister company of Taiheyo Cement that produced and distribute aggregates and cement in the Philippines. They are the great competitior of Apo Cement.
The project name is Foundation Works at Silo 1,2 and 3 located in Balud, San Fernando, Cebu somewhere in the southern part of Cebu.
Our scope of work is Supply,Delivery and Driving of Prestressed and Precast Concrete Square Piles with 517 piles of 400mmx400mmx13 meters of 6 strands. So, the piles specification is our standard only with 0.6meter cage bars both ends. This contract package target to end one month only. The crew will need to target at least 20 piles per day.
Since, our company is pioneering of using the hydraulic static pile driving not the diesel hammer, we deployed some of our equipments on site.
This is T WORKS Hydraulic Static Pile Driver with 600 Tons capacity. As you can see this is very heavy equipment and our main machine for pile driving. By using this kind of static, there is no noise, no vibration and convenient to use. The main parts are short boat, long boat, counterweights and etc.
This is another equipment used for lifting the piles towards the static machine and other for lifting purposes. The capacity is 70 tons. It is also a mobile crane.
This is our Genset 400kva. The main purpose of this equipment is to supply power and electricity to the crane, t works as well as for the office van. It is diesel generated.
This is the site. As you can see it is near in the sea with backfilled soil compaction. This is where the piles to be driven. Our surveyor, my husband will do the lay out and do as built as well. But checking of lay out, the client will handle it. It is very wide and spacious so possible there are phase 2 and phase 3 coming.
Thus, the more phase the more projects coming.
These are the faces of the pile driving crew during the test pile. We are practicing PADUGO as a sign of offering something to the spirits. The blood of the live pig scattered to the equipments and to all concrete piles. It is the belief of chinese people and our owner too. The main reason why we done padugo when the project commence is that the operations will go smoothly and all the crew will have its safety. This also symbolize that we respect the not like us living in that area.
The crew are composed of 10 people. The engineer, surveyor, 8 pile driving crew includes the operators, helper and rigger.They are physically fit to work since they need to undergo medical before going to project site. Working hours will be begin in 7am and end 4pm but overtime will do until 10pm.
