Happy New Year, Hive Community!

I want to start this 2024 with a lot of enthusiasm and gratitude towards all of you. It has been an incredible journey to be part of this wonderful community, where I have learned so much and found a space to share my experiences, thoughts and passions. Your support and friendship have filled me with joy and gratitude, and I am excited to continue to grow with you in this new year.

As many know, in Cuba we receive the new year in a very special way. One of the most emblematic traditions is the burning of the "old doll". This doll, made with old clothes and other recycled materials, symbolizes the year that goes. As we set it on fire, we symbolically bid farewell to all the negative and bad moments of the year ending, to receive the new one with optimism, hope and renewed energy.

This tradition is not only a time of celebration, but an opportunity to reflect and free ourselves from our burdens, so that we can begin the year with a renewed spirit and full of hope. It is a reminder that, despite the challenges, there is always room to grow, to build new dreams and to achieve even greater goals.

As I take my leave, I wish you all the best for this new year. May 2024 bring us joy, success and prosperity. I want our Hive community to continue to grow and strengthen, to continue sharing knowledge, experiences and special moments. And, in particular, I wish exponential growth for our beloved Cuban community, where talent, passion and creativity always shine.

May this new year find us united, full of optimism and ready to achieve great achievements together! Happy 2024 for all!

¡Feliz año nuevo, comunidad de Hive!
Quiero empezar este 2024 con mucho entusiasmo y gratitud hacia todos ustedes. Ha sido un viaje increíble formar parte de esta maravillosa comunidad, donde he aprendido tanto y he encontrado un espacio para compartir mis experiencias, pensamientos y pasiones. Su apoyo y amistad me han llenado de alegría y gratitud, y estoy emocionado por seguir creciendo junto a ustedes en este nuevo año.
Como muchos saben, en Cuba recibimos el nuevo año de una manera muy especial. Una de las tradiciones más emblemáticas es la quema del “muñeco viejo”. Este muñeco, hecho con ropa vieja y otros materiales reciclados, simboliza el año que se va. Al prenderlo fuego, nos despedimos simbólicamente de todo lo negativo y los malos momentos del año que termina, para recibir el nuevo con optimismo, esperanza y energía renovada.
Esta tradición no solo es un momento de celebración, sino una oportunidad para reflexionar y liberarnos de lo que nos pesa, para así empezar el año con un espíritu renovado y lleno de esperanza. Es un recordatorio de que, a pesar de los desafíos, siempre hay espacio para crecer, para construir nuevos sueños y para alcanzar metas aún más grandes.
Al despedirme, quiero expresarles mis mejores deseos para este año que comienza. Que el 2024 nos traiga alegría, éxito y prosperidad. Deseo que nuestra comunidad de Hive siga creciendo y fortaleciéndose, que sigamos compartiendo conocimientos, experiencias y momentos especiales. Y, en especial, deseo un crecimiento exponencial para nuestra querida comunidad cubana, donde el talento, la pasión y la creatividad siempre brillan.
¡Que este nuevo año nos encuentre unidos, llenos de optimismo y listos para alcanzar grandes logros juntos! ¡Feliz 2024 para todos!
