So this is my first attempt at 360 picture with the new drone and with attempting to upload it to Hive. Testing out in the country near Bakersfield, Vermont.

Ahh, looks like you'll have to click on the link above to view the 360 in skypixel site. This will allow you to spin the picture around and look in all directions.
The Mavic 3 has a "magic button" to to take 360 view pics automatically, taking 25 pictures as it moves the camera angle up and down and auto-rotates while hovering in place. It may not be as perfect as some of the pro photographers like, but it's pretty good for click button ease.
Also I did a test of both horizontal 180 panoramic and vertical panoramic modes. Not sure how well those will display on hive. The 180 pano's take about a dozen shots as per above and stitch them together for you.
First the "plain" photos.
As you can tell, it's a bit of a cloudy, gray day, but there was a fresh 4 inch snow last night. We are hopefully about done with winter, we could actually see the grass last week for the first time in 3 months. Is supposed to warm up again this coming week to melt off again.
Here is the first Pano.. These are going to look best full screen on a large monitor so open up!
Overall, I am really excited the more I experiment with the drone capabilities and can't wait to take some comparison shots this spring after everything greens up and then even more so to get practiced up for this fall when all the spectacular colors come back with the changing leaves.
I like those different season shots. or year before comparison.

You got some good snaps with this one! I think it would be extra fun to learn the drone and the photography they churn out is pretty impressive.
Thanks. It's often hard to stay focused on the photography and not be distracted by all the different options and just enjoying the flight and views. I suppose it will become more settled over time.

These place is very cold and quite place to look. Actually i never tried to go there but i'm always amaze the views on that place, and if i be given an opportunity i'd would go there.
Yes, and I am loving the zoom capabilities on the M3. This was something I wanted ever since the first one came out. Luckily, they hold value fairly well. I was able to sell my original Mavic to upgrade and recover most of the money for it after a year of enjoying it. Depending on how you fly, the insurance or DJI Care can be a good investment. Not so much needed for just typical picture taking, but if you're into long flights, FPV, or racing around, then definitely a good idea.
