Focusing

in Photography Lovers3 years ago

Hello everyone!

I hope you are doing well. We are having another debilitating heat wave. But a couple of days ago, on the night of July 22, 2021, a heavy tropical downpour hit the city, severely damaging the infrastructure. Several streets were flooded, trees fell, and some neighborhoods were de-energized. The water had torn up the asphalt in some places. I didn't want to take pictures of the damage. While walking in the park, for some reason I noticed the thistle blossoms bent to the ground.

Could it be that the plant could not withstand the onslaught of heavy rain? I decided to concentrate on taking pictures of these fallen flowers. What is so beautiful and wonderful about them? We need to see, don't we? Here are my focus experiments.

By changing the focus, I turn my gaze to another flower.

I change the color and my perception is different. I think it's just as important in life to switch quickly to the positive. To look at events by changing my focus.

Honestly they were great photos, I really liked them and also how you played with the focus and blur. Those plants could not resist the heavy water that fell from the sky that day brother, it is obvious that's why they are so fallen and bent. But still as they are they are very beautiful.

Thanks for stopping by!
I tried to show the beauty of wilted flowers, the stages of flower fading. Oh those fluffy seeds that give new life. An amazing cycle of plant rebirth.

Amazing macro pics! I was just now trying out Lightroom to edit my photos and I'm really impressed with how much that software can change a photo, your last 2 photos were a good example of editing :)

Thank you for sharing your experience with Lightroom software. I love mastering it and the pictures are getting more creative.😊
