"Studying, Ambition, and the Importance of Health"

The past few weeks, I’ve been completely immersed in preparing for the language program at Stankin. My schedule has been packed with studying, assignments, and endless practice. Wanting to give my best, I kept pushing myself harder, unknowingly sacrificing proper rest along the way.

Eventually, my body started sending warning signs. The exhaustion I once ignored turned into an illness that forced me to stop for a while. That’s when I realized—no matter how hard we try, our bodies have limits. If we push too much, we don’t get better results; instead, we break down.

This experience taught me an important lesson: health must always come first. Ambition and hard work matter, but without a healthy body, everything becomes meaningless. From now on, I want to be wiser in managing my time—not just for studying, but also for rest and maintaining balance in life.
