Auf unserer Reise haben wir ja schon einige Tolle Sonnenuntergänge erleben dürfen. Und auch bei der Arbeit auf dem Kreuzfahrtschiff MS Bremen habe ich jeden Tag auf Hoher See, über dem Amazonas oder unter den Polarkreisen Sonnenuntergänge oder Mitternachtssonnen gesehen. Aber die zwei untergehenden Sonnen, welche ich in Cadiz (Spanien) genossen habe, schlagen alles beim bisher Erlebte. Darum widme ich diesen Post voll und ganz den Sonnenuntergänge von Cadiz.
We have already experienced some great sunsets on our journey. And also when working on the cruise ship MS Bremen, I have seen sunsets or midnight suns every day on the high seas, over the Amazon or under the polar circles. But the two setting suns I enjoyed in Cadiz (Spain) beat anything I have ever experienced. That's why I'm dedicating this post entirely to the sunsets of Cadiz.
En nuestro viaje ya hemos vivido algunos atardeceres magníficos. Y también cuando trabajaba en el crucero MS Bremen, he visto puestas de sol o soles de medianoche todos los días en alta mar, sobre el Amazonas o bajo los círculos polares. Pero las dos puestas de sol que disfruté en Cádiz (España) superan cualquier cosa que haya experimentado. Por eso voy a dedicar este post íntegramente a los atardeceres de Cádiz.
Beide Male war die Stimmung wundervoll,fast magisch. Als sich die hellgelbe Scheibe der Nachmittagssonne dem Horizont zu neigte, wechselte sie ihre Farbe in dünklere Gelbtöne und orange, bis sie als feuerroter Ball hinter dem Zenit verschwand. Auch der Himmel wechselte wie ein Regenbogen seine Farben von tiefen Blau in verschieden Schattierungen von Violet, bis hin zu gelb und loderndem Orange. Als der Feuerball dann schlussendlich weit hinten am Rand des Atlantiks verschwunden war, blieb ein riesiger Kreis, wie eine Halo, zurück und aus seiner Mitte stach ein Licht, wie eine Flamme, am Untergangspunkt empor.
Both times the atmosphere was wonderful, almost magical. As the pale yellow disc of the afternoon sun bent towards the horizon, it changed colour to thinner yellows and orange until it disappeared as a fiery red ball behind the zenith. The sky also changed colours like a rainbow, from deep blue to various shades of violet, to yellow and blazing orange. When the fireball finally disappeared far back at the edge of the Atlantic, a huge circle, like a halo, remained and from its centre a light, like a flame, rose at the point of setting.
En ambas ocasiones el ambiente era maravilloso, casi mágico. A medida que el disco amarillo pálido del sol de la tarde se inclinaba hacia el horizonte, cambiaba de color a amarillos y anaranjados más finos hasta desaparecer como una bola roja ardiente detrás del cenit. El cielo también cambiaba de color como un arco iris, desde el azul intenso a varios tonos de violeta, pasando por el amarillo y el naranja intenso. Cuando la bola de fuego desapareció por fin, muy atrás, en el borde del Atlántico, quedó un enorme círculo, como un halo, y de su centro surgió una luz, como una llama, en el punto de puesta.
Ihr merkt, ich komme aus dem Schwärmen gar nicht mehr hinaus. Und ich bin auch nicht ganz sicher, ob meine geschriebenen Worte dem Gesehenen gerecht werden. So will ich euch nicht weiter von dem Bestaunen der besagten Sonnenuntergänge abhalten und präsentiere euch eine kleine Auswahl an aufgenommen Momenten und festgehaltenen Eindrücken. Ich will ja auch nicht meine Schreibkünste, sondern vielmehr mein Gesehnens und Erlebtes mit euch teilen.
Und dies ist glücklicherweise eine Community guter Fotografie und nicht des besten und längsten Textes.
As you can see, I can't stop raving about it. And I am not quite sure whether my written words do justice to what I have seen. So I don't want to keep you from marvelling at the sunsets and present you with a small selection of captured moments and impressions. After all, I don't want to share my writing skills with you, but rather what I have seen and experienced.
And fortunately, this is a community of good photography and not of the best and longest text.
Como puedes ver, no puedo dejar de delirar con él. Y no estoy seguro de que mis palabras escritas hagan justicia a lo que he visto. Así que no quiero dejar de maravillaros con las puestas de sol y os presento una pequeña selección de momentos e impresiones capturadas.
