Rural Sunset

On the day I took these photos, I went to our village garden. This is not it. It was a long short day. I say short because it is still winter, although the Spring Equinox is coming near...Days are still short, all right. But I've been so much into it, it sometimes feels as if that was all there ever was.

A lot of things had to be done so it was also long. But the things undone yet need an infinite day, so...some other time. Perhaps.

At the end of the day...

We visited another village. A house with a nice view through a broad glass wall towards the garden and the garden was at the edge of the village, overlooking the field towards the town we came from...

...which lies west.

And there was the sunset just above the orchard.

It was a beautiful ending of that long short Late February day.

But what I thought was how nice it is to have this open-air view, a garden facing west and no other gardens or houses in sight to obstruct your vision. Special conditions, really.

A thing to bear in mind when choosing your ground.

But that's a thing to burden those with such choices.

The best thing about sunsets I can think of right now is...you can own any sunset without having to own anything else.

Then again, that is on you to shape to your own design.

Peace and Golden Light!

Those are neat shots! You've managed to make a clothesline a very interesting subject!

it's really cool that you can make those clothespin become awesome pictures, I always amazed when someone took a picture of something simple and is able to make it look aesthetically pleasing. Very well shot
