I feel the same as you about the snow. That said, we don't get it very often here in eastern Aichi so when we do, it causes chaos. haha. Around xmas there was a bit of a storm here (not sure if you got it there) that brought us about 10-20cm of snow. Not much, but for this area it was a ton. And you should have seen all the car accidents! When people don't know how to drive on snow it can create quite the circus.
