Whenever I hear the term rock garden I know that it usually is a area where you will find many pathways and a large variety of flowers spread throughout. The Reader rock garden is located on the edge of cemetery hill in Calgary. There are many pathways winding up and down the hill and many flowers strewn about. The types of flowers you find here are ones that you might not see very often. I seem to find new things every year here and even during different parts of the year you will find something that might not have been in bloom a few months prior and might be gone a few months in the future.

Beautiful! I need to get out more and see flowers in their natural habitat, and not just settle for a vase ;)
