Not close to spring yet so these a few from a few years ago. Its -35 Celsius out today so these shots remind me of warmer times.

Robins will be perfectly still and can make a great subject for photos provided you don't spook them because they will fly off suddenly.

300mm is a good distance as it allows me to get a close up without being to close to startle them off.
