Kiana's turning 3

DSC08854.jpg

A child turning 3 years old will become curious about many things. He/She will be expressive even though it's hard to say out loud what they really want. From gestures usually how to express themselves because words for them will be hard. It's the time they will now explore the world outside as long as there is a parent to watch over.

Just encourage their curiosity to provide opportunities for exploration and knowledge. Let them make friends and play. Don't stop them from doing adventures because it will help them to have their own adventure and will be helpful in the future.

Patience should be practiced with a child this age. They can be annoying and a hassle to deal with. Well, they don't know yet how to regulate their emotions. That's why a parent should understand this, guidance and support are very important.

“Let the children play because they will not always be.”

Yes, let the children play while they're still young. It's part of the growth and at the same time, it's part of who they are. They don't think much about life because in their mind living is wonderful.

A few sentences that she learned despite her young age. It's early or maybe it's overreacting to call a child smart yet because it might be a burden for them. Being smart is a responsibility that should not be imposed on a child. Just be happy with what they can achieve and what they can do for now. What's more important is to have good manners so good things will happen.

So yeah, guide them but don't tolerate them. Let them understand what is right and what is wrong. It's better to discipline them early on so it will not be hard to do when they're already old.

That’s such a thoughtful perspective! It’s true that children should be appreciated for who they are and not pressured by labels like “smart.” Allowing them to grow naturally while teaching them kindness and good manners builds a much stronger foundation for their future. I really like the balance and wisdom in your message.

Very cute and adorable photo.
