Taking pictures of bees has a certain charm, but it also has its difficulties, because bees are always in constant motion; they only stop on some flowers, and that is precisely when you have to seize the moment to take the photos. Even so, it can be difficult because they keep moving even on the flowers; that is why today I am sharing these photos with you; I hope you enjoy them.
Hacer fotografías a las abejas tiene cierto encanto, como también cierta dificultad, y es que las abejas siempre están en constante movimiento; solo se detienen en algunas flores y es justo en ese momento en que uno debe aprovechar el momento de hacer las fotos. Aun así, puede ser difícil porque se siguen moviendo aún en las flores; por eso el día de hoy les comparto estas fotografías; espero que las disfruten.
Taking photos like this when you don't have a macro lens can be quite stressful: getting the focus right, having to crop the photo to get a better close-up, and perhaps losing certain details, but that doesn't take away from the fact that the end result is satisfying when you try again and again until you get the photos you want, and that's what happened to me in this case.
Hacer fotos de este tipo cuando no tienes un lente macro puede ser bastante estresante: el hecho de hacer un buen enfoque, tener que recortar la fotografía para lograr un mejor acercamiento y quizás se pierden ciertos detalles, pero no quita que el resultado final termina siendo satisfactorio cuando lo intentas una y otra vez hasta conseguir las fotografías que quieres, y eso fue lo que me sucedió en este caso.
The color of the flower helped me create contrast with the background and make the bee stand out in a striking way. An interesting fact is that all these photographs are of the same bee; I spent quite a while following it from flower to flower, and since it was relatively close to my house, I took the time to take several photographs until I got the ones I wanted.
El color de la flor me ayudó bastante a tener un contraste con el fondo y hacer que la abeja se mezclara de una forma llamativa. Un dato curioso es que todas estas fotografías son de la misma abeja; estuve bastante rato siguiéndole de flor en flor y, como estaba relativamente cerca de mi casa, me di el tiempo de hacer varias fotografías hasta lograr las que quería.
