Hello friends, hope you all are well and your Life must be going well, friends. After a long time, I've brought you a post. I've been busy making these sets for a while. As you all can see, I've made a full Karva Chauth set, consisting of seven items. This festival is very special for the women of Uttarakhand, who go without food or water for the entire day and pray for the long life of their husbands. Let me tell you a few things about Karva Chauth.
The fast of Karva Chauth begins with sunrise in the morning and is broken in the evening when the moon rises.
The moon holds special significance in this festival. Chaturthi Mata and Lord Ganesha are also worshipped on this day. The moon is worshipped on this day for good fortune, sons, wealth, protection of the husband, and averting troubles. The vow for the Karva Chauth fast should be taken by filling water in the hand and reciting this mantra: "Mam Sukhsaubhagya Putrapotradi Susthir Shri Praptaye Karka Chaturthi Vratamaham Karishye." This mantra means, "I am observing this Karva Chauth fast with all my heart. This fast of mine is for happiness, good fortune, children and their children." On Karva Chauth, my love for you shines brighter than the moon. May your fast be easy, and may our love grow stronger with each passing day." "As you gaze at the moon tonight, remember that my love for you is as eternal as its radiance. May the moonlight fill your life with happiness, joy, peace, and harmony."
May we enjoy our beautiful married life and may no one cast an evil eye on our wonderful loving relationship! On this day, women who observe a fast without water the entire day break the fast of Karva Chauth at night by drinking water from the hands of their husbands. This is the main ritual of this festival. Doing it with the husband is considered very auspicious. While worshipping the moon, the wife not only looks at the moon but also at her husband through a sieve. On the day of Karva Chauth, women wake up before sunrise in the morning, take a bath, wear new clothes and do 16 adornments. The Sargi brought from their parents' house is consumed before sunrise. After this, women worship Lord Ganesha and Mother Karva and take a vow to observe the fast.
