Hi everyone!
Peruíbe is a quieter city on the southern coast of the state of São Paulo (Brazil). Known for its natural beauty and calm, Peruíbe is a popular city for adventure tourism.

In other words, you can find good beaches for surfing, rivers for paddling, as well as many peaks for hiking (hiking and trekking). I have no idea how many times I went to Peruíbe to enjoy nature, but I remember each adventure perfectly.

One of these adventures was rappelling at dawn from Costão beach. A friend practiced rappelling on this peak and told me that I would certainly love the experience. I decided to invite my childhood friend who was on vacation in the city to go there together.

I don't need to tell you how wonderful it was, right? Look at this landscape! It's a masterpiece, hand painted, perfectly. Practicing such an incredible sport as rappelling on a day like this is something indescribable. The energy you get from being so immersed in nature is something I recommend to everyone.

Uma dessas aventuras, foi o rapel no amanhecer da praia do Costão. Uma amiga praticou rapel nesse pico e me disse que certamente eu iria amar a experiência. Decidi convidar meu amigo de infância que estava de férias na cidade para irmos juntos até lá. Não preciso dizer quão maravilho foi, não é mesmo? Olha essa paisagem! É uma obra-prima, pintando a mão, de forma perfeita. Praticar um esporte tão incrível como é o caso do rapel em um dia como esse é algo indescritível. A energia que você obtém estando tão imerso na natureza é algo que recomendo para todo mundo.
