It's party time!!
As you all know, the events and parties are slowly coming back and the public too. This week I did a photo shoot for a brewery and in addition to the dishes and beers, I photographed the environment during a jazz performance. These photos I will bring here soon to share the story with you. But while I don't have these images available, I'm bringing another one of the big parties at "Balaio de Gato".
Today's album is about a concert in honor of one of the greatest Brazilian rock bands, Chico Science & Nação Zumbi. A band that reconfigured rock by mixing with Maracatu (typical rhythm of the Brazilian Northeast). The band is from the 90's and was a hit among the younger crowd at the time. Chico Science, leader of the band, and precursor of a whole movement called "maracatu atomic", passed away prematurely and, nevertheless, left his legacy marked in Brazilian music.
The band that paid tribute, played several hits and rocked the audience in a night of great joy and nostalgia.
You can see in the images that the audience vibrates and smiles, sharing an environment of great vibrations.
As for the images, for those who have seen the last two posts about parties, they follow this line of using techniques and effects such as panning, zooming and double exposure. A feature of the albums I created for this house and some other events along those lines.
Soon I will share other shows and parties around here and you will be able to see that the photos take on another aspect and create another atmosphere.

É hora de festa!!
Como todos sabems aos poucos os eventos e festas estão voltando e o público também. Esta semana fiz a sessão de fotos para uma cervejaria e além dos pratos e cervejas, fotografei o ambiente durante uma apresentação de jazz. Estas fotos trarei aqui em breve para compartilhar a historia com vocês. Mas enquanto não tenho estas imagens disponíveis, trago mais uma das grandes festas no "Balaio de Gato".
Este álbum de hoje é sobre um show em homenagem a uma das maiores bandas de rock brasileiro, Chico Science & Nação Zumbi. Uma banda que recolucionou o rock ao misturar com Maracatu (ritmo típico do Nordeste Brasileiro). A banda é da década de 90 e foi um estouro entre o publico jovem da época. Chico Science, líder da banda, e precursor de todo um movimento chamado "maracatu atômico", faleceu precocemente e, aimda assim, deixou seu legado marcado na música brasileira.
A banda que fez a homenagem, tocou diversos sucessos e embalou o publico em uma noite de muita alegria e nostalgia.
Pode se ver nas imagens que o publico vibra e sorri, compartilhando um ambiente de ótimas vibrações.
Quanto as imagens, para quem viu os ultimos dois posts sobre festas, seguem essa linha de utilizar técnicas e efeitos como panning, zooming e dupla exposição. Uma característica dos albuns que criei para esta casa e alguns outros eventos nessa linha.
Em breve devo compartilhar outros shows e festas por aqui e poderão ver que as fotos ganham outro aspecto e criam outra atmosfera.

You have done a great job once again. This looks like an awesome time and i am glad things are kinda getting back to normal. I like how you mix it up in style along the way too... keeps it spicy! =) I like some of the spinning ones because i would imagine a few people were seeing like that by the end of the night. hahaha That Heineken shot looks like they should pay you for your promotion! hahaha
