First ever epoxy art

Hi Everyone,
Sharing pictures of my first ever epoxy river table.
Watched tons of videos and stuffs and was fascinated with the way it looked after a clean finish. And I created a need of needing a table just that I had to try this.

I started with searching what wood looks best and how to get them. The advantage of me staying in a woody area I found lot of local sellers selling wood slabs. The black walnut wood was the one I choose as it gives me lot of grain and character. I drove 150 miles to buy the cheapest wood slabs - $30 each. I let them air dry for close to 6 months (I didnt start work and it helped dry the wood slabs)

And all of sudden I started building the frame and pouring the epoxy. And here are the results. surprising and very promising. Wish I could share the video of the work I did on this one.
