Hello friends, how are you? Hopefully we are all in good health so we can carry out our activities with enthusiasm. In this post I want to share some photos taken by my cellphone camera of the various species that I discovered today.
We start with a beautiful species of small spider having the scientific name Telamonia dimidiata. Behind a small leaf that almost escaped my attention. The small body shape is slender and elongated in both segments with beautiful color variations of brown, cream and white on the body, making this spider more beautiful than many spiders I have ever found. The fine hairs on this spider are clearly visible.
Green flies with red eyes, perched on a piece of wood. Green flies are a type of fly that likes dirty places, but this time I found them perched on a piece of dry wood. Even though flies are synonymous with the spread of disease, from their shape and body color it is clear that these green flies have aesthetic value.
Green grasshoppers have sharp heads with a pair of erect antennae on flower stalks. I often find this grasshopper in the grass. The legs firmly hold the flower stalk. This grasshopper is an insect in the suborder genus Caelifera.
Those are some of the species taken by my cellphone camera today, Monday, March 3 2025. And I took all the photos using the Realme 9 Pro cellphone camera with a little editing using the default application on my cellphone.
