When returning from the large waterfalls in the Bavarian Forest, I focused on details along the way that I hadn't noticed on the way up. These round little mushroom bodies are true masterpieces of nature. The longer you look at it, the more details become apparent.
Bei der Rückkehr von den großen Wasserfällen im Bayerischen Wald habe ich mich auf Details am Rande des Weges konzentriert, die mir beim Aufstieg nicht aufgefallen waren. Diese runden kleinen Pilzkörper sind wahre Meisterwerke der Natur. Je länger man sie betrachtet desto mehr Einzelheiten fallen auf.
When a fly sits down directly in front of the lens and patiently lets itself be photographed, the photographer can consider himself lucky and a pleasant grin appears on his face.
Wenn sich dann auch noch eine Fliege direkt vor dem Objektiv niederläßt und sich geduldig fotografieren lässt kann sich der Fotograf glücklich schätzen und ein genüssliches Grinsen entsteht im Gesicht.

Aus dem Moos kommen immer mehr kleine Nachfolger heraus, nur ihre runde Form verrät sie.
The path in the forest always has new pictures ready. Here the roots have been rinsed free and you can see how the trees are trying to hold on to the rocks.
Der Weg im Wald hat immer wieder neue Bilder bereit. Hier sind die Wurzeln freigespült und es ist zu erkennen wie sich die Bäume versuchen an den Felsen festzuhalten.
The water can be made to disappear by long exposure times; these white veils then only appear in areas of falling or swirling.
Durch lange Belichtungszeiten kann das Wasser zum verschwinden gebracht werden, nur an Stellen des Fallens oder Verwirbelns entstehen dann diese weißen Schleier.
As you can see here even better.
So wie es hier noch besser zu erkennen ist.
The fallen becomes more and more to the earth from which it once came. Now it is still a huge prickly monster, but in many places its color can no longer be distinguished from the earth.
Der Gefallene wird immer mehr zur Erde aus der er einst gekommen ist. Jetzt ist es noch ein riesiges stacheliges Ungetüm, doch ist er farblich an vielen Stellen schon nicht mehr von der Erde zu unterscheiden.
You could say art by the river, if you even notice it.
Kunst am Fluß könnte man dazu sagen, wenn es einem denn überhaupt auffällt.
The conclusion for today is this beautiful little waterfall in the Bavarian jungle.
Den Abschluß für heute bildet dieser schöne kleine Wasserfall im bayerischen Urwald.

Hi! It was in September last year. Now we have full winter, -13 degree and 5 cm snow.
Ah yes, of course. I saw pictures of friends/family in Europe and all the snow there....

Very nice natural trail with lots of things to see! You have very good eye sight! You could see the fly grinning as well! Those mushrooms just look like plastic toys!

Oh! Too many people on the forest at the same time!! No! The noises will frighten away the invisible beings!
I wish you had a special lens that will not record people on the photos!! The lens that can make people invisible!
