Well, only some of those houses were open to public (I guess the fake ones :D) and it looked pretty cool in there too. Felt a bit confined but interesting, designed in traditional fashion. But I can understand why the authorities built the fakes for the tourists. I can imagine the locals who still use these houses or even live in them wouldn´t be excited about curious tourists peeping into their homes :D
Oh, cool! And you're right, I guess they recreated some of them so that tourists can see them without disturbing hahaha
