The cool mornings of early fall often result in heavy morning dew. These Asters are uniformly covered with dew.
The dew was heaviest in the swampier, low lying areas which is where the Asters like to grow. Asters are very plentiful right now. A great late summer wildflower.
The dew photographed best on the Asters. A combination of lighting and conditions made the dew really stand out.
Tiny Seedum blossoms with tiny dew drops.
The dew is less apparent from a little further back.
The Seedum was coated with very tiny dew drops but required a tight zoom to see. The Seedum are another great late summer flower. They add color to flower beds that are otherwise well past their summer glory.
This Zinnia is in another part of the yard that wasn't quite as heavy with dew.
Same with this Marigold. Today is another cool morning. Down to 42F last night.

Those aster shots are great! My sedum has yet to flower, if it is still alive...
My seedum is having a good year. Spread some and is blooming. It did not do well last year plus one spot got eaten by deer 🙄
