Some of the moods on the mountain are very different. Many of the photos end up looking similar but on this morning the low clouds and fog combined for a unique picture.
The trees were still holding snow which added to the beauty.
With more of the snow covered lake, the photo has layers like a parfait. And according to Donkey everybody likes parfaits.
The clouds and fog continued along the mountain ridge but not as dramatically as on Mount Moosalamoo.
The bald spot on the ridge makes it seem even more cold somehow.
The fog on the mountain was gradually moving to the south but I didn't have the patience to time lapse or wait it out.
Hope you enjoy these pictures 🙂 It is warming up a bit this week so hopefully the snow pack will start to melt off. I hoping for a nice gradual melt and not a spring deluge 🤞
