A barn in New England in April π
This old barn is from the 1800s. It was moved a few years ago when the owners expanded the nearby farmhouse.
I liked the falling snow with the stars on the flag π
I recently attended a poetry reading event to celebrate Robert Frost's 150th birthday. He was the Vermont Poet Laureate and closely associated with the Bread Loaf Writers Conference ran by Middlebury College.
Those of us not asleep subdued to mark
How the cold creeps as the fire dies at length,β
How drifts are piled,
Dooryard and road ungraded,
Till even the comforting barn grows far away
Storm Fear - Robert Frost
The snow is very thick. And I really hope to be able to visit places that have snow like this and of course it's quite cold there.
Its a lovely place but is a bit cold in the winter.
Yes, friend. Have a nice day
Awesome shots. A little more info about the property itself would be cool.
Thanks ππ its not my property so I don't know all the details. The old farm houses in this area date back to the 1840-50s.
Nice to see the trees covered with snow.
The snow makes everything beautiful.
Just looking at these pictures makes me cold but that house looks cosy.
It was chilly that day βοΈβοΈβοΈ
Beautiful shots!

Nice barn with all this snow, even april π
I hope it was the last snow of the year.
Enjoy your weekend
Thanks. We are going to go up a little higher in the mountains and snowshoe tomorrow then drive north aways on Monday for the eclipse.
