Today i brought my wife to work around 7:00am for the first time again after her cataract surgery in December .
This afternoon the sun was shining so before i picked her up again from work i decided to go for a walk with 2 cameras .
I went to a place i have been some times before last year but never in winter , and never with snow .
Although it might look cold it was only 0 degrees Celcius outside.
The images i will show today are made with my old FF camera the Sony A7II + the Laowa 15mm f4.5 1:2 macro lens .
1 ) When i got near the car on the parking lot i spotted these bushes with snow on the branches, so i had to get a photo of that before it melts all away again.
2 ) not much blue sky yet but we might get lucky.
3 ) So when i arrived at "De Schammer " a small nature reserve where i have been before last year , the sky started to open up and showed some blue sky , but it looks so different in snow .
4 ) The road with the massive old oaks.
5 )The late afternoon sun shining behind the trees.
6 )what was a field of green flowering grass , is now an almost plain white field.
7 ) And look more of the old oak trees and the farm behind it .
8 )Some more snow clouds up a head

10 ) Do you remember this place ? it looked so different in summer when i made that timelapse video here.

11 ) No duck or gees to see today
12 ) Sun dissapearing again behind the clouds.
13 ) The hockey fields on the right and a wooden bench with snow pillows on it .
14 ) More blue sky and clouds
15 ) hazelnut tree still with some green leaves
16 ) Flower buds already hanging on the tree
17 )More flower buds
18 ) Time to head back to the car and pick up the wife again from work
19 ) look at those snowpillows on the wooden bench
20 )Back at the wifes work place the old horse chestnut tree coverd with sugar coating of snow
21 )Underneath the Chestnut treea view at the church
22 ) looking upwards
23 ) and in the direction of the local pub
24 )and finally a low angle view
That is all for today time to get some hot Chocolate milk .

Beautiful scenes! Nothing much better in the winter than sunshine, tons of snow and freezing temps. Creates such a beautiful views all around.
it's always a different kind of light , still hoping that i can make a sunrise timelapse in the snow this week .
