Lol pretty sure you also have those there. I mean, we're not special, anyone can go. It's just you can't stay there for a long time and pretty much visit and leave after a few hours or so since there's really nothing much to do.

Ehe, I just researched, the right term is Marine Protected Area and not sure if government protected area is also a correct term but that's probably why it was confusing. XD
