Today dawned rainy and it stayed that way all morning. The day seemed sad, the streets wet, the puddles, the mud, everything cloudy, with only small rays of sunshine shining from time to time. But the garden was beautiful. Raindrops adorned the flowers. The leaves of the plants were a shiny green, colourful and full of life.
I immediately grabbed my camera. I didn't want to miss that moment when nature reminds us that we should stop every now and then to observe how wonderful it is.

Espero que estén pasando un lindo fin de semana.
Hoy amaneció lluvioso y estuvo así toda la madrugada. El día parecía triste, las calles mojadas, los charcos, el fango, todo nublado, solo pequeños rayitos de sol alumbraban de vez en cuando. Pero el jardín estaba hermoso. Las gotas de agua adornaban las flores. Las hojas de las plantas con un verde reluciente, todo colorido y lleno de vida.
Enseguida me puse cámara en mano. No quería dejar pasar ese momento donde la naturaleza nos recuerda que de vez en cuando debemos detenernos a observar lo maravillosa que es.

I really like this time of day at dawn. It's peaceful, the light is soft, and it has a certain magic to it. I like photographing small details such as dewdrops and flowers, but I don't have a macro lens. I only have a 50mm and a 16-55mm lens. Thank you for your comment. 😊
