Outdoor Sunset portraiture of Devey and Ralph (9 Photos)

Hello and greetings everyone in the community. I hope that you guys are having a good time during this weekend. This is another post of a portrait of Devey. This shoot was taken during our music video shoot. I was there to do a B-Roll video for the music video.

I was using the Sony a7 mkIV, the 12-24mm F2.8 and the 135mm F1.8 lens for the B-Roll. It was a challenge for me to get a good shoot for the clip because of the fast movement of them dancing while singing. But we managed to get all the shoot and finished before the sun sets.

While our videographer checking on the footage that we get, I told Devey to pose for a shoot.

We are on a roof top of an abandon building for the shoot. and the weather on that time was great. Below are some of her shoot just before we assemble and went down from the building and went back to the studio.

These were the photo taken with the 12-24mm lens. A very wide shoot and this was a great lens for a shoot like this. I like how the shoot included most of the background. It really shows the location and the environment.

I really love on how the 135mm lens compressed the background. This is one of my favorite lens, but I rarely used it for portraiture because of its range from the subject. Most of the time it will limit my compositions.
