Today the temperatures in southern Ontario are reaching 45 degrees Celsius with the humidex! So it is a perfect day to hike down to Upper Chedoke Falls in the west end of Hamilton Ont.
Despite being a beautiful blue and clear, the water is not clean enough to swim in. Fed by an urban creek it also has street run off from manholes for quite a distance. But just going down into the valley, with the mist and cool breeze. Drops the temperatures by 10/15 degrees. Making it a perfect spot to relax! Thankfully no one else decided they wanted to hike down in the heat, so I had free roam to relax and shoot.
If you didn't mention the pollution in this waterfall, judging by your photos, anyone would be tempted to swim in these waters. Regards, @terrywayne
Some ppl still do lol
