Lighting Up A Battlefield

I found myself in Stoney Creek Ontario at night and with everything I needed for steel wool photos. So when I saw this war of 1812 memorial statue, I started to plan out some shots. The only problem was some very bright spot lights! I covered one and stood in front of the other to see if that would be dark enough.

It was so I covered both lights and we started spinning!

With no other options at the statue we crossed the street to battlefield park. Set up on a small bridge and had a little more fun.

Pretty fun way to spend an hour at the end of a night!
