My favorite way to just kick back, relax and just get into a meditative state has also been to just go for a night time walk. With my camera and whatever equipment I throw into my backpack, I set out with no plan. Last night I walked down an access on the Hamilton escarpment and played with steel wool and doing light trails (Also a decent view of the city).
