That cat's adorable. Very similar situation with my cat. He was crying in the bushes one night. I gave him some food and he just started hanging out. One day I opened the door and invited him in and he never left. I asked all the neighbors if they lost a cat, nobody claimed so he stuck around. I didn't really name him. We kept referring to him as Buddy. Like "Hey Buddy you want some" . When it came time to name him he became Buddy or the Bud Man as I refer to him!
