Grazie, have a !PIZZA back ☘️ nice that we share love to the fungi -- I am mostly after hunting, and their visual side, rather than their foraging and cooking qualities, to say the truth.
The yellow one is one of Russula family, i.e. 'britlegill' in English - all of the family are non-toxic but some of them are not foragible for their extremely bitter taste. But a lot of britlegills - with red, yellow, green, pink caps - are quite edible. When we have them as our hunting trofies, we add them to the fried potatoes, or most often make a mushroom stew.
