Hello hivers how are you all? This blog is about the hiking trip with my buddies. We went to Churdhar peak which is the highest peak in sirmaur district.
So I organised this trip with my three little buddies who give me company in this trip.
So our trek starts from NOHRADHAR. We started our trekking in the 4 o clock in the evening. Trek is 18km long. So we decided to camp on 1st and 2nd day so we will not get tired so much. We packed food from home for the first night. So we can take rest easily on first day.
We met some kids during the trekking and we give them little munchies because its hard to find these things in that area so we bought some for us but we give them some of them to the kids so they also can feel special.
In this trek you will see some old houses which are abandoned from the corona period. Many people shifted from here to another place because in corona time no tourist was visiting and people went in loss so they decided to move to their second location.
We rented a big tent and 4 sleeping bags for us so we could save us from cold. And I also carried 4 blankets which become our mattress. It was quite comfortable bed. Only thing is that we have to carry it on our back.
When we reach at our camp site where we decided to camp on first day we saw a beautiful sunset which i saw almost after every year. Because I visit CHURDHAR every year and make vlogs.
While trekking you will see many animals like horses ,cows,buffaloes etc. These animals treat very friendly and also will give power to hike.
They also give milk to the canteens in between trek.
I was the cook on trip. Because I love cooking while camping. So I made maggi for the breakfast next day. Because its easy to cook and it also take very less time to cook. But they also helped me in chopping onion and tomato and also entertain me.
After taking breakfast we move to another location which is near by the main temple and the peak. So this time we need to collect woods for the fire so we go to near by jungle and collect more woods as could as possible.
Everyone was hungry So i made Fried rice for them in dinner and we also bought curd and some chocolates for the night. It gives us very precious taste in the night While enjoying the moment inside the tent.
We clicked some pictures of the puppy and the lamb which we met At place where shephard did their stay. They also serve us tea and also give space to camp our tent. You will find almost facility accept electricity on such hight.
