A few weeks ago during the monsoon, I clicked these pictures of wildflowers growing in the bushes and also spotted some insects.
कुछ हफ्ते पहले बरसात के मौसम में मैंने ये तस्वीरें खींची थीं। झाड़ियों में जंगली फूल खिले हुए थे और कुछ कीड़े भी दिखे।
The first three photos are of a purple flower that looked like a trumpet. Its outer side was a beautiful deep purple while the inside appeared whitish. A fly was sitting on it, which can be seen in the very first photo. The leaves were dark green, and the tree’s trunk behind it was a deep brown, making the flower stand out even more. From the front, I found its shape really beautiful.
पहली तीन तस्वीरें एक बैंगनी फूल की हैं जो बाजे जैसा लग रहा था। बाहर से इसका रंग गहरा बैंगनी था और अंदर से सफ़ेद सा दिखाई दे रहा था। पहले फोटो में उस पर एक मक्खी भी बैठी हुई दिख रही है। इसके पत्ते गहरे हरे थे और पीछे पेड़ का तना गहरा भूरा, जिसकी वजह से फूल और उभर कर दिख रहा था। मुझे इसकी सामने से दिखाई देने वाली आकृति बहुत प्यारी लगी।
After that, there’s this cheerful looking pink wildflower with lots of red and orange streaks on it. I always see it during the monsoon, and honestly, it feels kind of alien like to me.
उसके बाद यह खुशमिज़ाज सा गुलाबी जंगली फूल है, जिस पर लाल और नारंगी सी कई धारियां थीं। यह मुझे हमेशा बरसात में दिखाई देता है और सच कहूँ तो मुझे यह थोड़ा एलियन जैसा लगता है।
From the front, it looks as if someone is laughing with their mouth open.
सामने से देखने पर यह ऐसे दिखाई देता है जैसे कोई हँस रहा हो और उसका मुँह खुला हो।
I used a vintage style in the photos so that the focus stays on the flowers; otherwise, the background grass also catches the eye. That’s the usual problem with phone photography.
मैंने फोटो में विंटेज स्टाइल का इस्तेमाल किया ताकि ध्यान फूलों पर ही रहे, वरना पीछे की घास पर भी नज़र चली जाती। फोन की फोटोज़ में यही दिक़्क़त रहती है।
On a wild stalk full of leaves, a small ladybug with black spots rested over shining red berries. I couldn’t resist pausing here,the bug looked so focused, and the berries stood out beautifully against the green backdrop.
एक नन्हीं सी लेडीबग, जिस पर काले धब्बे थे, जंगली हरे तने पर उगे चमकते लाल बेरियों पर बैठी थी। मैंने यह तस्वीर लेने के लिए कदम रोका क्योंकि वह कीड़ा अपने काम में इतना तल्लीन लग रहा था और बेरियाँ हरी पृष्ठभूमि के बीच कितनी खूबसूरती से चमक रही थीं।
